Audeka is the electronic music production alias of Skyler Gerdeman. Between 2012-2022, Audeka operated as a trio with members Skyler Gerdeman, Marty Cepeda and Max Cepeda. Since that time, the project has evolved, with Skyler continuing production as of 2024. Audeka is known for its unique blend of genres, merging elements of drum and bass, IDM, and cinematic music, crafting experimental arrangements for both the dancefloor and dedicated listening. Audeka has perfomed live throughout the US and Europe, with notable performances, such as the Let It Roll Drum & Bass Festival.
Since its inception, Audeka has pushed the boundaries of electronic music through meticulous sound design and complex compositions. The group’s music is characterized by its sonic depth and narrative structure, appealing to listeners who appreciate music that tells a story.
Over the years, Audeka has released music through various labels, such as Methlab Recordings, Invisible Recordings and YUKU. Notable releases include Lost Souls, Engine Block and Leisure Lands, which fuse organic and electronic audio in innovative ways.
Today, Audeka continues to explore new musical territories, maintaining a commitment to innovation and quality. The project’s focus remains on developing engaging auditory experiences.
